AirBoard brings the ability to capture, display, and share whiteboard content with anyone.


Crestron is unveiling the latest addition to its presentation portfolio. With Crestron AirBoard, any dry-erase whiteboard can be connected to any network. Now, anyone with an internet connection can view whiteboard content on their laptop, tablet, or mobile device.

Designed to enhance student participation, employee collaboration, and secure information dissemination, Crestron AirBoard helps facilitate real-time collaboration across multiple offices, buildings, and campuses, while providing local participants with unobstructed views from room displays.

Capture, display and share easily

AirBoard is simple to attach and works right out-of-the-box; there’s no unique interface, no programming, and no additional accessories needed. Local participants can view whiteboard content on room displays, while remote participants can view on any personal device.

To enhance collaboration and productivity, the whiteboard content can be recorded, captured, and shared with anyone. AirBoard allows for easy integration with the most popular note taking and project management tools, while ensuring that information dissemination is easy and secure.



Seamless integration with AirMedia 2.0

To add wireless presentation capabilities, the user can pair AirBoard with an AirMedia AM-200 or AM-300. To add enhanced control, a Crestron touch screen can be connected to the paired AirMedia device. Now, useres can view participants, start and stop recording, and send a snapshot right from the touch screen.

This simple, low-cost Crestron solution provides wired and wireless presentation, whiteboard capture, and content sharing all on one platform.
